"I was told by several companies that they couldn't repair but they were willing to replace the entire shingles or install a new roof. Wm Braun General Contracting step up and step in and did a FANTASTIC job. He explained his findings and how to repair my roof. He display great customer services skills. "He was here on a Tuesday, gave me an estimate and was back on monday to repair my leaking roof. I had 2 other quotes and choose Robert. Under the shingles was worse than he thought. It was a bigger repair than he quoted. He did not charge me for the extra work. He did everything he said he would do. Very happy with his work."

"By Far the Best. could not have picked a better roofing contractor. On Time. Great Crew, Friendly, Professional, Great Pricing."

"Was away when the work was done, but when we returned you would never know they were there - except for the new roof. There appeared to be a leak which I assumed was caused by the new roof. When they returned to inspect they found that another part of the roof which they were not responsible for was the culprit. They did a minor fix - w/o charge and the problem has not occurred again. Awesome."

"Response after initial online inquiry was very prompt compared to other companies I contacted. They have a standard fixed rate for repair jobs less than 12 singles, so they didn't need to come out to give an estimate like other roofers require. It was just a few days until they came for the repair. They didn't have the correct manufacture/color shingle, so they put some shingles up temporarily to prevent any damage (which was good because it rained the next day). They got the correct manufacturer/color shingles and returned a few days later."
