"I researched roof repairers on home advisor on a Tuesday morning as my roof was leaking during a heavy rainfall. Later that morning William from Ark Exteriors called me and arranged to visit the next day at 8am to inspect my roof. He arrived on time to perform the inspection and after inspecting the roof he provided me with a quotation to complete the repairs and was able to schedule the work for 9.30am the next day. He and his team arrived on time on the Thursday morning and completed the repairs in about 4 hours.
