"They came out the second time because we had so much rain that the ground was saturated and was running into the septic tank. They seemed very knowledgeable and they were very prompt. They seemed very professional and they didn't push me to do something that I didn't need to do at that time. I had asked them about my drain and possibly doing something with that.
