"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I hired Mr. Jack Harvey to do my wood floors and again to do my backsplash. He did a good job when you use the eye test. But after I get into what I am about to get into, I will have a real professional come and check everything out to be sure. Some of the wood he put down was done too tight and cracked when you stepped on it. He was supposed to fix it and did not. Also after doing my backsplash i discovered he broke my faucet and did not inform me. But he said he would fix it/ put in a new one after doing some work at my sister in-laws house. Now I recommended him to my sister and i did tell him he can fix those things after doing the work at my sisters in-laws house because her project was much more urgent than mine. Jack had always been nice and cordial and overall he did a good job so i thought. so there was no need for panic or to think he would not carry out his responsibility of fixing my faucet and wood flooring and completing my sister in laws kitchen work. So fast forward to him doing work for my sister in law. We sent him pictures and he came out to her house and gave her his estimate. He said it would be no problem to do her kitchen. He started the work and everyday he was there, 4 days i believe he did very minimal work, and the work he did was horrific. He would not use the primer on the walls, or on the cabinets. As they told him time and time again use the primer. Now grant it they bought everything he instructed them to buy to complete the job correctly. But he did not want to use any of those products. It seemed he wanted to cut corners. He made countless huge mistakes. The wooden cabinets you can see the wood coming through the red paint. The wood wall paneling you can see the wood coming through the paint. There are parts where he made mistakes and tried to cover them up with bad paintbrush strokes. On the walls you can see the green color coming through the white paint, because he refused to use primer and double coat anything. The drywall replacement has large gaps between it, not lined up correctly. Everything just horrible. WE HAVE PICTURES OF IT ALL. He requested half the money after the 1st few days and he would collect the second half when the job was finished. Well needless to say they gave him half the money, he now claimed he tore his rotator cuff. My sister told him ok that is ok how long will you be out. He said a couple of weeks, so my sister said stay in touch as she will stay in touch with him. He left her kitchen in shambles. So weeks past and she tried calling, emailing, texting for days then weeks. No answer. I tried calling, texting and no answer. Only to find the blocked our numbers from his phone. i know this because I'm very much into technology so i can tell. So i called from a different number. He answered and we talked. He claimed he talked to my sister and he will resolve it. LIED BIG TIME! He said he is not returning any of the money. Also, he lied about his rotator cuff as we discovered he was working all along. He never even called me back to fix my faucet or my wood floor. He said her house has nothing to do with me. NO, I recommended him, it is everything to do with me. DO NOT HIRE HIM. HE MAY SEEM NICE, BUT THERE IS A GREATER MR HYDE PLAN. MR HARVEY, PEOPLE ARE PUTTING THEIR HOMES IN YOUR HANDS. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO THE WORK ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SAY SO. WE WOULD HAVE PAYED YOU FAIRLY FOR YOUR TIME, BECAUSE THE WORK WAS HORRIBLE. NO HARM, NO FOUL. BUT YOU ARE A HUMAN DOING HARM TO A GOOD PERSON WHO NEVER GOT ANGRY WITH YOU. SHE ONLY ASKED FOR YOU TO DO THE RIGHT THING. AS YOU LIED, LEFT HER KITCHEN IN A MESS AND STOLE HER MONEY. DO NOT TRUST HIM. I PROMISE HE IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. GOOD REVIEWS IN HIS EARLIER JOBS BUT LATELY THEY HAVE GOTTEN WORSE. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MAKE HIM DO A COMPLETE U-TURN IN WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT DO NO BE FOOLED."

"Excellent experience from sales to installation. Robert was personable and thorough and was able to accommodate our need for quick installation. The team that installed the flooring were professional and worked hard. They encountered unexpected problems, but got them resolved right away. Part of the floor had to be sanded to eliminate uneven spots and they quickly got it done. They pointed out a floor-installed elec. outlet that had been covered by carpet and advised how to make it safe, even bringing in their own electrical guy to rewire it. Even though they were not installing carpet, they brought in someone who worked with carpeting to deal with a peripheral carpet issue. There was no extra charge for these two people coming out to ensure everything was done perfectly. They did a great job. I would recommend this company and those installers to anyone."
