When I was looking for a new service provider for my lawn fertilizer and seeding treatment, Grassroots company was recommended by my neighbor who was already using this provider. Jeff is very organized, systematics and a professional who does business by the book, following statutory requirements. Now, in my neighborhood, Jeff has many customers to serve.

During the past two years that Grassroots has been providing services to me, I have not had a reason to look for another service provider. My lawn looks greener and greener every year. all at an affordable cost.

I myself referred this company to my friends who are very satisfied. I have no other motives to rate this service provider at the highest level, except to reflect my satisfaction.

"I bought the deal for 4hrs/1 person or 2hrs/2 people. However I got 3 people for 1hr 20minutes. It just wasn't enough time unfortunately. The work they did do was very well done and immaculate. They cleaned up everything as they went. It was like the weeds never existed. I asked them to bring a lawn mower but they forgot. The job did not get completed before they had to leave which was disappointing. If they had remembered the mower, I'm sure I would've given them all As. Oh well."

"I did pay them extra for the additional service that they provided me. I was surprise how unknowledgeable they were about plantings. They didn't know anything about different flowers or plants, it’s very odd but they got done what I needed to get done. I would recommend them if you need to do a clean up and fixing bare spots in your lawn."

"Anthony Gallo Landscape was wonderful from beginning to end. The crew came in and transformed my garden areas in a day with real professionalism. Anthony was easy to work with, gave me an on-the-spot estimate that was a solid $500 less than the last guy, and didn't sweat the small stuff. My only slight complaint is that his guys could have been more careful with some of the plantings, which were done in some haste. Even so, I highly recommend!!

"We arranged a day to have the work done.  Due to a rain storm, the
original day for the work to be done had to be moved on short notice. 
The communication about moving the day was via a phone call, text
message and email - which I thought was excellent. 
When the new appointment day came, the crew arrived 10 minutes early. 
Everyone introduced themselves, josh reviewed the work to be done with
me, and then with the crew.  After that the crew positioned the truck,
got out their gear and got right to work.  The trees are too big for
them to use a truck or ladders, so they used ropes to climb up into the
tree canopy (no spikes used) and started pruning and removing dead
branches.  They worked for 4 hours with no breaks, stopped for about an
hour at lunch time, then did another 2 hours.  After the trimming work,
there was a bunch of branches on the ground, which they put through
their chipper/shredder, raked up the area, and used a blower to finish. 
If you didn't know what had happened, you'd never have been able to
tell anything was previously on the lawn.
All in all - it was a quality experience.  Work was done right by a
professional crew.  Communication was excellent.  Price was fair and
reasonable.  I'd definitely be willing to hire them again."

"Scheduling was a little challenging, as is the case with all Angie's deals, but not a big problem.
Vendor responded quickly to messages.
They came and had a pretty good quality brown mulch. Was better than I expected, actually. They were very helpful and really wet above and beyond - doing some minor weeding and prepping of the beds as well as spreading them. They were very careful with the existing plants and everything was very clean.
In the past, we would have folks come in and just toss everything fast then leave. Not the case here. Emerald really did a good job.
