Several years ago we had them come for a major drain issue, he had it fixed in 30 minutes. He asked if we had anything else after clearing every drain in he house. He told us he ha to charge us for an hour and would feel better if we had more for him. He suggested caulking our shower. My wife accidentally called Mr Rooter a couple years ago and they took $250+ For 10 minutes of work. Do not use MR Rooter. Total rip off. <br />"
