"The existing roof on the house and garage was torn off, new sheet decking installed on top of old board decking of the house, new flashing, drip edge, shingles installed on house and garage. Installed new ridge vent on house. Some of the siding that needed to be removed to install flashing was damaged as can happen but was replaced with new. It was a difficult roof with multiple dormer windows and odd angles but they did a careful job and I've received many compliments on the appearance from neighbors. Good job with clean up too. The owner is easy to reach and quick to reply to all questions I had. From day I asked for quote until day completely finished was under 5 weeks. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to others. Competitively priced compared to two other bids."

Owner Tom P came out and walked through our needs with us, and helped us make decisions where we were unsure and gave us a detailed estimate within a couple days (including some great visuals that really helped my wife, who isn't a particularly visual thinker). Once we settled on the work to be done, there were three separate crews doing work at different times. All were absolutely top-notch for professionalism and quality of work. The roofing crew put in one day that was over 18 hours long to keep things on track, and had maybe the best attitude I've ever seen for such a grueling job. We couldn't be happier with the results. Every nitpick or concern we had was handled quickly and professionally. Maybe the most impressive part is that over the course of the entire job - which included completely new roofing and siding on a 3000+ s.ft. home plus a 24x30 outbuilding - there we never ONCE a 'surprise' cost change. "After I called, they came out the next day to look at the project. It took a couple of days to get the estimate via e-mail. I accepted it immediately and they scheduled the project for Friday, but unfortunately had to reschedule for Monday because weather prevented them from finishing a previous job Friday morning. All in all, the project was done in less than two weeks from first call to actual completion. The price includes the cost of the door. Having them get it was a convenience, but their price was approximately $100 more than the cost of buying the same door at one of the big box stores, hence the slight downgrade on cost."

"The sales person came to our home in early November, initially to discuss replacing the windows with new wooden ones. When I told him what I was looking for he offered wood, but also gave to option of vinyl and then the pros and cons of each. He showed me an example of the window that would be installed, as well as the specs on energy efficiency and I was sold. We placed the order for the windows and at the time of measurement, added three more. The windows arrived in early-mid December, but due to our own scheduling conflicts, were not installed until the end of the month. Installers were prompt and quick in getting the old windows out and the new in, keeping cold exposure in the house to a minimum. They then wrapped the sills and put in more insulation around the windows (there was evidently not much there from the original build). There was minimal mess and they really tried to clean up after themselves, especially indoors. There was minor damage to one of the trim boards (on seven windows), but we were told of the possibility before hand and the board is old, so we will replace it in the spring. Overall, we are very happy with the installation and the new windows. I have been able to turn down the heat in the house several degrees and no longer have a breeze. I will likely have them replace the remaining windows in the near future."
