Hi there! I have about 9 years of experience with home remodeling, house flips, and currently I am focused more on carpentry (custom closets, interior/exterior trim, etc.) and flooring. I am still open to most home repair needs. I am new to Angi, but feel free to check out some photos of my work in the project photos. I am also willing to share more photos. Feel free to email me at JMDhomeservices1@gmail.com or call/text at 3179032308. Thanks!

"Trey and his crew did a fantastic job removing our old flooring and installing new vinyl planking. They replaced roughly 900 sq feet and were able to get everything done in one day. His prices were very fair as well. Would highly recommend"

"I had multiple people come over to give me quotes for a built in bookshelf unit which would end up being 10 ft tall by 12 feet wide with a ladder, I had an idea of what I wanted done.  Andy was able to do what I wanted and gave me ideas of how to improve it.  Everything that I wanted done he said could be done.  The other providers either said it couldn't be done or altered the plans due to construction needs which were not necessary.  He was also the only one willing to stain the shelves prior to install where everyone else would build and install them but said I had to hire another company to stain them.  He took the measurements,  drew up plans for me to approve, built the unit at his workshop, and then picked a day to install.  He came with one assistant and worked through the day to install it.  The final project was well beyond my expectations.  He interacted great with my children and even allowed my 3 year old son to safely feel like he was assisting in part of the project (putting in the shelf pins).  He was not the cheapest bid but did work with me on the price as I was hiring him in the winter time when he wasn't as busy.  I did take photos but they wouldn't load for some reason.  He also left me a drill bit for the shelf pin holes incase I wanted to arrange the shelves differently than the standard set up.  The shelving unit is rock solid and able to hold multiple grown men climbing on it while fully loaded with hundreds of books. I would happily use him again for a custom carpentry project.

"They've done a lot of work for us and we have referred them to a lot of people. We are really pleased with his work and his crew.

About two weeks after they replaced our roof, they came and installed laminate flooring. The owner, Tim, came and checked on how the floors were coming. He actually got down on the floor and looked really close at one board because he thought he saw a scratch. He did see a scratch so he had the team pull up the board and replace it. He not only replaced the board, but he had to pull out several boards to get to the scratched board. We are pleased with Tim and his work ethic."

"Absolutely beautiful installation.  He is a perfectionist.

"Ted is a highly skilled professional and surrounds himself with superb workers and skilled craftsmen. All of them went out of their way to pleae, keep everything clean, even move furniture unexpectedly to assist in an unrelated matter. The wood flooring they installed is a thing of beauty and precision. Exceeded our expectations in performance and value. Great price, solid dependable service. unqualified recommendation."
