We went down to the studs in many areas and now have a bathroom we really enjoy. part of the project involved replacing the old shallow tub with a new soaker tub which my spouse uses on a regular basis. Also we used Shannon's company to remodel my mother's home which was built in the 50's and badly needed updating. It still had the original electrical system which I felt was becoming a dangerous situation. The original plumbing had issues and the basement was an outdated mess. Along with updating the electrical and plumbing we did a complete remodel of the kitchen and basement. The kitchen change was tremendous and now even has an actual dishwasher instead of my mother. The basement was redone down to the studs and now has a bathroom and shower that you are actually happy to use. While the new floor was being installed we had them add electrical in floor heating and now the basement can be comfortably used year around."

"Jared was a pleasure to work with. He was always punctual and actually showed up a day early. I thought 2 days to do my job was a stretch, but it wasn't. He power washed the deck, tightened and checked all the screws and sanded the deck. On day 2 he stained and now we are enjoying it! Jared DOES what he says he will do. I plan on using him for windows and Christmas lights. 100% recommend."

"The entire process was a fiasco. Mike and his team built our deck without checking the ledger board or apparently using a level. Our deck started to sag in the middle and we called his team out to look at it. They did a quick fix which did not resolve the issue. We called Mike and had a brief discussion, and he told us, "I don't know what to tell you". He then hung up on us. We eventually got him to come back out. He had an attitude the entire time. His crew admitted to not checking the ledger board. Our deck is lower on one end and has several areas of buckling. Mike had nothing but excuses. One of his team members offered a solution. They worked on it and left without asking for feedback. Mike never followed up. The deck is still out of whack and we are not satisfied. They also don't use hidden fasteners so there are holes in our no maintenance decking. Mike was completely rude and unprofessional. They built our deck wrong and he made us, the customer, feel like the bad people. His crew also took the dirt from the footings and threw it under our arborvitae bushes. I had to dig it all out by hand. There are a lot of deck builders. Do you research. I wish we had."
