"The process went very well. The estimate over the phone, based on size of the stump, was clear and accurate. Scheduling went well. He will call before coming out to make sure that someone will be there. The stump was ground down to a depth I had needed so that I could plant another tree very close to where the hole ended up. As others have noted, he did leave the tree shavings, etc. but that was known up front and acceptable. Overall, a very good experience."

"I was in a rush to get these trees removed because I had purchased new trees and was to receive delivery of these the following weekend. We had a verbal agreement to remove these trees and I had marked the ones I wanted removed with spray paint. There was a misunderstanding about the price, he quoted $85 per man hour and I thought it was $85/hour. He (DJ) thought they could do the job within 3 hours. It turns out that they had five guys working on the job and it ended up being more expensive than I had hoped. I had another quote for $600 and this ended up being $1000. They did do a fantastic job and did it while I wasn't present and in the time I had requested. To add to the story, after learning of the mis-communication, Steve called me personally and discussed the situation. He apologized for the mis-communication and gave me some of the money back to make it right. This effort goes above and beyond what most companies would do and it shows that this company is reputable, honest, and customer focused. I would recommend you use Steve and his crew for fast quality work.

"It went great. This was a challenging job and Arbor Barber was up to the task. The tree was between the house and garage with very limited room to work. The stump of the tree that was removed was four feet across. The job required power be cut to my home and my neighbor's home. Arbor Barber handled all of the details and the interruption was minimal."
