"Bob went straight to the point and had a pricing structure that made sense to me and was clear. 1 other contractor would bill me per worker per day plus materials and could not tell me how long it would take making it impossible for me to know what the project would cost me. Another would bill me a lump sum with no breakdown so no clarity on what I would be paying for. A cost per installed slate was right in between and transparent. Bob and team arrived on time, completed the work promptly, shared pictures of the damaged slate tiles to be replaced, installed new rubber boots around all pipes, and cleaned up the work area. It rained shortly after and there were no more leaks if the attic area where I spotted them before. So far, so good and only have good things to say. Should there be new developments regarding this project, I will make sure to update those review. As of now, I would recommend Bob and his team for this type of project."

The Company was started back in 1987 by Don Frame Jr (hence the name D.F.). Don has been working in the construction business for over 40 years and actually did all the work himself until just a few years ago. Having done the work himself is a real advantage because Don now does all the estimating so he can answer just about any question pertaining to siding and windows because he has seen it before.
