"I paid Chris Knocks $5800 to apply epoxy and sealant to 3 porch floors. After the first application I could see roller marks and they didn't do a good clean-up job. I sent Chris pics of their work. They came and did it again and the same thing happened. I researched how to apply the sealant and they were doing it wrong. I told Chris that and he got very defensive and told me he is a professional and has been doing this for 15 years and my research is bogus. He told me the reason the roller marks are there is because Beau applied the sealant in the heat of the day. I told him to come out and do it again. Chris told me he had a doctor appointment at 9:30 and would be out after that. At 11:00 he told me he can't come out because he is having a medical procedure done but he would send Beau out to do the work again in the heat of the day. I told them not to touch it.
