"Four years ago, Marble Designs did our kitchen, powder bath counter top, and a tub deck.  We loved how beautifully our granite counter tops turned out, and enjoyed working with them so much, that when we decided it was time to update our Master bath, my husband immediately suggested turning to them again for the bathroom counter top.  The people at Marble Designs are just wonderful, extremely knowledgeable about their products and associated materials, and provide excellent customer service.   The owner and designer listened to my objective for the project, helped me choose the perfect material for the counter top, and coordinating stone style and color choices, to compliment some already existing granite we wanted to keep around the tub.  In addition, the owner provided me some additional assistance and guidance regarding complimentary paint colors, and other accessory hardware issues.  After our product selection and initial estimate, a representative came out to measure and template our counter top, and then on installation day, the crew was polite, in and out quickly, the product was meticulously installed, and they left the place spotless!  We absolutely love our new bathroom, and our new counter tops beautifully compliment and flow with the new room design and the other materials, transitioning the room into a more desirable and updated look!  <br /> I know a lot of people in my neighborhood have used Marble Designs, and throughout town, and I've never heard anything other than complimentary, no matter the size, or expense of the job.  I will definitely use them for any future new build or remodel projects. <br />"

"Gerald Helcher, owner of Steller Roofing,  arrived earlier than expected and started to remove the damaged section of roof . He stated his crew would arrive in a few hours to replace the roof.  In the mean time another customer called Gerald  and a tree had just fallen onto her roof leaving a hole in her home.  Gerald Helcher decided to send the crew scheduled to work on my roof to take care of the other customer's ememgency.  He then remained at my house and with the help of one other person replaced my roof himself.  Wow!  I was impressed!!  The weather was clear and he could have easily put me off to another day, but he didn't.  I've referred him to my friend who was also impressed with his work.  I had first used Steller  Roofing in 2012  and would use them again if the need arises.  I am a very please repeat customer. <br />"

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

She helped coordinate the install all the way. She was pleasant to speak with and could answer any questions we may have had.? The workers were prompt, professional, and willing to explain what and why they were doing what they were doing.? If we had a question, they would stop and explain the procedure and why it was being done the way it was. They NEVER were anything but polite and patient (we had lots of questions).? They did a great job. They installed the 5x8x6 unit in our single car garage. They were extremely proficient and the finished install looks great!! "Roger came to my home to provide an estimate. He arrived promptly. He was professional, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. I showed him the work I needed to have done. He measured the rooms for flooring. He spent time talking with me about some other issues I had with my house and offered some good ideas. I don't think he completely understood my vision for a change in the layout of the shower in the master bath but I would have revisited that topic with him prior to hiring him. I was concerned about a possible cat "accident" ruining new floors and Roger had a great idea to have the planks stained and sealed on site. This would help prevent moisture from getting in between the planks. Roger provided an estimate with moderate details. His estimate was about what I expected and in line with my budget. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being. <br />"
