"I scheduled an estimate for cleaning at 4:30 PM. Then, around 2:17 PM the lady named Apolonia, messaged me asking if she can come early at 3:40 PM. I agreed and nobody showed up at 3.40 and nobody showed up at 4:30 PM either, No call, no text, no explanation. I tried calling it but went straight to voicemail. There was no answer. I waited, 24 hours again no answer."

"Very personable on the phone, quoted a price and said they could be there the next day between 8-12. She called as she had told me she would about 30 minutes away. I told her I was there and she said we can be there in about 15 minutes. They arrived right on time. They came in and removed my mattress and were finished in a few minutes.
