"Nick responded within a couple hours to my phone message.  I had two toilets that needed the insides replaced and one that needed the tank bolts replaced as well.  He came the next morning, checked things out and also suggested that I replace the water valve due to its age.  He purchased everything that was needed to service both toilets, as I checked out how to turn the water off.  In less than two hours he had the parts purchased and everything installed.
