Mr. Handyman and Ron Potesky's team turned an attic into a bedroom with A/C and heat, built a closet, replaced major kitchen appliances, replaced carpeting, replaced all smoke and CO2 detectors, re-wired ceiling fans, painted all interior walls, powewashed the deck and vinyl fence, then painted the deck, removed and donated or disposed of all furniture and personal items of the tenant. The team coordinated all appointments of city inspectors and professional sanitization of a very dirty space. When Mr Handyman was done, the intetior of the house looked like something out of Better Homes and Gardens! The team could be totally trusted with the housekeys. They coordinated with the realtor and the house sold in one week end!!! "It went really well. They came in immediately and sealed off the basement from the rest of the house (There's no door to the basement)). They also set up very large and powerful hepa-air-cleaning units which they kept running through the whole job and in fact until the industrial hygienist returned for post-testing after the job was completed. The manager Mike assured me that the job would be done with the utmost effort and care and that's exactly what happened. The main workers, Marcello and Israel were terrific, meticulous, hard-working, reliable, responsive to any concerns I raised. I really couldn't have asked for any more.
