Otis installed my ceiling fans, recess lighting, exterior lighting and outlet to my satisfaction. "Robert quickly responded to my request for services, even though it was a late night request. He is extremely knowledgeable and asks a variety of questions to better understand the electrical problem. During his over the phone diagnosis, he gave several potential issues that may have been the problem. One being a potential issue on the power company side. With his honest phone diagnosis I was able to contact the power company prior to his on-site diagnosis and the issue was resolved by the power company. Robert followed up as promised and was prepared to keep our on-site appointment if needed. It is his extensive knowledge, pleasant demeanor, and honesty that will ensure I will call him with any future electrical needs and I would not hesitate to refer him to others."
