Their quote was in line with other quotes but we selected First Fence due to the accompanying warranty. Installation scheduling was prompt and they were able to make last minute adjustments to layout after I changed my mind. The installers worked quickly and maintained attention to detail. I checked progress approximately every 3 hours to review quality of workmanship and raise new issues - they were receptive to adjusting to my requests as they worked. There was one minor defect that we noticed after completion of the installation - they sent a different crew the next day to resolve the issue. They took the time to explain to me a small change that would have to be done with the way my door would have to be installed due to a tree on the side of my home. They could have simply switched up the plans, but they took the time to speak to me about it. The fence is lovely, and my fur babies love running through the back yard now!
