"Recently hired them to do a major landscaping project. If i was rating them strictly on their quality of work I would give them a 5. My reasons for the 3.5 customer service rating is simple. Poor Communications.. Poor communications before the job, poor communications during the job, and no follow up communication after the job. Not so much as a follow up call to see how things were going, how to care for the newly planted items. not even a post installation "How did we do survey", nothing. The invoice they sent had tons of errors which we had to ask them to correct before we paid the bill. They did excellent work and we love the results!. However, don't depend on them to keep you apprised of what their plans are."

"I am a long-distance landlord, and preparing to put my house in Lansing on the market. When we went to insepct the inside of the house, we found that the landscape and bushes were completely overgrown. This was on a Satuday, and the house was going on the market on Monday, with photographers and videographers coming that day.
Within 24 hours (yes, he came on Sunday), Stephen and his crew had removed all of the weeds, trimmed the overgrown bushes, and laid down mulch. It took him a little over 4 hours in the hot sun, but the result was amazing!
