His staff was clean, friendly and experts at their jobs. Dan went out of his way to make sure we were happy and things were progressing as we had envisioned. His pricing was reasonable and fair. There were a couple of minor issues, but he fixed them right away to our approval. Not only would I recommend his company, but I'd use him again in a heartbeat. "I found GenJazz through Angi, and Fernando came by and measured, took pics, and listened to what my wife and I wanted. He was friendly and personable. Super nice guy. Really appreciated that he understood what we were trying to do with this space. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but it did seem the most responsive to our vision. We made some changes on the fly. After initial demo, we decided we wanted to upgrade the stone around the bath as well. We made changes to the glass surround choice, even sourced a reasonably priced custom cultured marble shower pan, which Fernando and his guys thought would look great. They were SUPER responsive, and tried to help us save money where it made sense. Also, ALL of the guys that did the work were kind, thoughtful, and polite. Alfonso, Joe, and workers were great with my wife, 4 kids, and puppy, who were always around since we homeschool. They cared about the quality of the work. Super happy with the bathroom, and would pick them again!"
