He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. During the project, at every major step, he either showed me in person or via pictures what they were doing so that I could verify no corner was cut. When I had questions or concerns, Leo answered and addressed them all. The project was done to my satisfaction. Just as important as the work quality, Leo was very responsive and punctual.
