"I called and a polite man answered the phone.  I explained what I needed done and he said he would go out and check out my chimney and quote me a price.   He was out very quickly and we discussed the work over the phone.  I hired him over the phone and he completed the work after the weather cleared up.  He called to explain the work that was completed and suggested other work that I may need on my roof as an fyi.   He also suggested tuck pointing my chimney and I hired him to complete that as well at a later date.  The price came in at the quoted price.  All was good."

"A drunk driver crashed into our house in the middle of the night.  JBenson arrived within 2 hours of having called them for emergency board up service the next day.  They sent a crew of 4 (plus an electrician that arrived later).  After reviewing the damage, they said they could just board it up or fix the structure.  They removed all broken pieces to the structure, reframed the corner, placed sheeting and tyvek and cleaned up the glass around the site.  Their electrician (a sub) ran a dummy line through the broken outlet so that we could turn the electricity back on to that part of the house.
The cost listed above is an estimate based on the 5 hours of work.  I have not yet seen the claim so I did not rate on cost.
All of the team was very professional and courteous.  We are waiting for a final bid to see if they come back to finalize the work.

"It went ok however he subcontracted the work out. There no supervisor on site. He just came in am and pm. The new dryer vents had screens which didn’t allow the lint to escape. Also one unit the dryer vent was forgotten. I noticed it and contacted Gentry. He promptly came to fix the problem."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time.
Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot.
I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction.
