"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

Chris quickly assessed the problem and also explained why I kept having the same issue with that toilet, then he fixed the problem and charged me less than I had paid in the past. "I had to call today since you never responded to the last emails sent about the workers/men being in the area the same day of my work request. And yet charged over $300 for travel. You have They would not negotiate the travel time to be fair. Beware!!! never received any written estimate of the work and travel time before they arrived I would have never agree to two hours iof work for $778.20. I shouldn?t have trusted them. Shame on them!! Sadly good scam by them."
