I set up an appointment that same day to look at their flooring samples. This was on Saturday. My floors had to be demoed with laminate and tile. The guys had my floor demoed in 1 day and they will be done today!!! I am beyond happy with their customer service. Dia is the gentleman I dealt with at the store and who came to my house. I called him today to thank him for the amazing work they did. The price is VERY affordable and both Sam and Dia have top notch customer service!!! "EVERY COMPANY HAS BASICALLY THE SAME SELECTION OF WOOD FLOORING. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PERSON, THAT'S EXPERIENCED WITH THE INSTALLATION. HE WAS AMAZING. "Chad was our technician. He was beyond fabulous. He quickly identified our problem, which was not, in fact, the thermostat and repaired it same day. He produced videos and showed us exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. Other technicians advised us we needed an entire new HVAC system, but Chad immediately advised us that was not the case and fixed the problem. He also returned the next day and connected two of our vents needing ductwork, all for an incredibly reasonable price. We would recommend Chad to anyone needing HVAC work. Should we need to replace our HVAC system in the future, we will want Chad to handle it. Excellent service."
