"Chris was informative, knowledgeable and very thorough and got the job done the same day which I really needed. I am very happy with the job he has done and would recommend this company and Chris again. Thank you StratCo Plumbing, and a huge thank you Chris."

"William was quick to respond and very kind. The job took a major turn when an old cast iron pipe burst during cleaning but William came out the next day and replaced the old piping related to the issue. He did not charge for the initial cleaning since the new project encompassed removing the the clogged pipe. I would recommend this company to friends."

"The technician Raymond accessed the situation and gave me the option of replacing the handle or having a new faucet installed which would have cost more money. He set the expectations for each option."

"They did a very good job and I would hire them again. I would highly recommend them."

"James and his son arrived to install approx.100 ft of water line, several valves and a back flow preventer for an irrigation system. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They asked several important questions and made adjustments to our original plan to accommodate my future needs. Their work was impeccable. Any tradesman that works according to best practices instead of just to code has my business. They are now my go to plumber! I have already recommended them to my neighbors. For those who say they are high priced, the other quotes I received for this job were 3 times higher. They may not be the cheapest, but they provide the best value for money of any plumber I have used in Georgia. Bravo guys. See you for the next project."

"Steve did an Awesome Job. From installing a 40" LED sign to connecting and capping loose electrical wires for power. If you have a project that you need assistance (repairs, installation, plumbing, electrical etc.) Steve the Tool Man is your Guy!!!"

"It went very well. Alex diagnosed a disconnected wire causing power disruption to the pump; he was able to efficiently replace it without a problem. I was confused about the final cost of service visit and repair. Be sure you understand what it means when they say the cost of the service visit is deducted from the service itself. Is it $40.00 or a 20% discount? Despite that, the cost was in-line or maybe a little better than other appliance repair companies I've dealt with in the past. And least you be confused, I don't think you need to leave a tip. Please correct me if I'm in error. I made be out of date. Without a doubt, I would hire this company again, and am very happy to have found them through Angie's List. They can be assured of my future business. Thank you!"

"I recently had the pleasure of hiring Coast 2 Coast Plumbing Co for a plumbing issue at my home, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and explanatory approach. Despite being a small company, they performed exceptionally well and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was top-notch. They promptly scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, ready to tackle the problem. The plumbers were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue in detail, ensuring I understood the problem and the proposed solution."

"A week later we still had a leak and called them back out."

"I called in a panic and over the phone he gave me best case and worst case. He came on a Sunday and was efficient and explained everything. He was able to save my water heater thus saving me hundreds of dollars. He even gave me advice on how to get money back on my water bill. I would definitely hire Tru-Flo again!"
