The work was completed on time and on budget, and any additional work we requested was priced fairly. "I moved into a 125 year old house stuck in the 1950's. Four Seasons Remodeling and painting transformed the interior into an open concept modern rustic design. Antonio's construction / painting crew removed & replaced walls, doors and ceilings. Installed new hardwood floors in all rooms. They created a new up to date kitchen with u-shaped peninsula and new mounted new cabinets. Antonio subcontracted licensed electrician, plumber and insulation. The entire house needed to be rewired. The bathroom was also re-done. Any time there was an issue Antonio was always there to discuss options and make suggestions. Antonio's construction, design and color ideas were instrumental to the outcome of the project. My wife and I love it. The results look like a HGTV show."

"Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. Recently I needed an electrician to install an outdoor outlet and Joe sent out an electrician that did the job in a few hours. "Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

"We did two projects with John, Gary and the crew. The smaller scale project was for adding a shower to a half bathroom, turned into a full bath. The other big project was for remodeling based on one kitchen + one bathroom, change it to one kitchen + two bathrooms. John and Gary and the crew were awesome and very pleasant to work with. They listened to us, willing to accommodate our ideas, but also give us realistic suggestions based on the budget. John always trying to save money for our project, to control the budget. They are honest, friendly, genuine, respectful, responsive with great remolding experience and knowledge. Like I read from other Busy Bee's customer reviews, John himself handle electric stuff and others. They worked very hard and showed up every day. Even our neighbors made the comment that "your contractor showed up every day!". We became friends during the project. I would recommend busy bee to my friends, to everyone, and will definitely have the crew come back for any future projects. "I initially contacted Pegasus because we're planning to remodel both bathrooms in our house. The lower one is squeezed into an awkward spot above our basement stairs and I was worried about how to fit everything in and bring it up to code at the same time. It seemed like a complex job to me, so I wanted real plans drawn up. On the phone, Jane quoted me $1000 to draw up plans for both bathrooms. <br /> Jane spent about an hour at my house, having a close look at both bathrooms. She made some excellent suggestions for how to arrange things so we could come up to code and still have a 1.5 bath downstairs, and a full bath upstairs. (She also helped me figure out which way the main drain for the house ran under the basement floor!) <br /> When it came time to talk about drawing up plans, Jane said that she felt I really didn't need them -- nothing I wanted to do was beyond what could be verbally communicated to a contractor. She could have easily charged me $1000 and drawn up the plans for me, and I would have been quite happy, but instead she turned down paying work she felt I didn't need, and now I'm even happier! I asked her how much I owed her for her time that day and she replied that consultations are free! Very professional and highly recommended. <br />"

"The most important part of a remodeling project is your contractor. It is the contractor that determines how smoothly the project goes and how pleased you will be when it is finished. Liam Neary is the contractor I would want to work with again. We actually enjoyed the remodeling process because of Liam. Liam was very attentive to all our concerns throughout the project. All work performed by Liam himself was exceptional. He is neat, prompt, and organized with a-plus communication. Liam is honest, congenial and eager to please. Subcontractor work occasionally did not rise up to Liam's standards. Whenever we pointed these minor details out, Liam always rectified the issues. We love our new kitchen!"
