If there was ever an issue or concern, Clinton responded himself within a few hours of contacting them. When our pool filter shorted out in a storm, they were there within 2 days with a new filter and gave us a fair price. The billing is easy, they give you a paper copy as well as send an email providing a bunch of payment options. The receptionist is efficient and someone always responds and answers. They send reminder emails before coming to service your pool. Communication and work is great."

"I called their phone number and left a message. I received a return call within an hour and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Roy came, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and told me my options. Because the lamp had a built in dimmer in the middle of an extremely thin, six foot tall stem, if I wanted a dimmer he would have to install a floor dimmer. Because the lamp is plugged into an outlet controlled by a wall switch and I never use the dimmer, he was able to disconnect the built-in dimmer and just rewire the lamp. He was in and out in less than an hour, did an excellent job and was very neat about his work. I would never hesitate to recommend The Lamp Surgeon and would definitely use them again ."

She quoted me a price for the lampshade and it was a little weird, it was like $105 or something, and she just made it $100. She said that it would be ready in a week, and it was ready in a week."
