"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. "They installed our roof in the pouring down rain. Asked multiple times for them to stop, they did not. Paid for the 50 year warranty. Our roof has flaws now that require repairs especially with the winter months approaching. I reached out on Facebook and within seconds my question was deleted and I was blocked. My wife reached out to Jeff Brett and received a response to now find out that he too has blocked her. This company will not admit to their mistakes nor take the appropriate action to correct them. Call and either they don't answer or we get the run around. On top of all of this they damaged hundreds if not a few thousand worth of my brand new flashing and vinyl siding. This company is not worth their word nor contracts considering they are actively breaking the agreement in which we signed for. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!"

"Signed a contract to replace half the roof for $5000 after assurance of no hidden cost and nominal cost for replacing some plywood. Due to rough weather the job was performed 3 weeks after signing. The roofer did not cover the roof with tarp and also spoke to Allstate who denied all my claims for damages. I was billed $1600 in addition to $5000. I have paid the $5000 but I deem the extra billing excessive. I was not informed of the cost for approval. I am willing to come to terms with the contractor and would like Angie’s list to review and work out a compromise. It also points to the level of service offered by the two contractors referred by your company. One bid for $2500 and precision roofing came in at $5000. I signed with Precision because of their assurances as an established company with a fixed cost. It has turned out not to be the case."
