He was very flexible and attentive to what we wanted. We wanted heat pumps that would be efficient at low temperatures, so he searched for and found the right hardware for us. Bill originally thought we would be without a heat for a week, but he figured out how to do all the preliminary work in advance, so he could get the old equipment out and the new equipment in within a day.
