He quickly drew up a detailed estimate, which was very clear as to the work to be completed, the materials to be used, and the costs of both materials and labor. "Pioneer Fence did a very high quality job on the 3-rail split rail fence, at a very reasonable price. Quality cedar/wood was used for the fence and 2 gates. They were careful when digging near buried power lines near sidewalk, when setting new posts. Richard (owner) was very good to work with, personable, professional, and trustworthy. Later when some adjustments were needed on gate latch, they came over soon after I called and made needed adjustments so gate closed/opened smoothly.
