"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

It has been easy to contact them if I have any questions or concerns prior to the move. They call the day before to confirm things and see if you need any last minute boxes or other items. Luckily, they were able to bring a mattress bag for me when I realized I didn't have one. Each of the crews I've worked with have been polite, personable, and efficient. No items have ever been broken or damaged in the moves. They take care to wrap everything nicely and protect the items, but they do it very quickly. I will definitely be using them in the future if their services are required."
