After that experience, I called Angie's List for a list of painters. Beyond a doubt Four Seasons was the best. He brought it to my attention that there was lead based paint. He suggested that I call a company to detect if there is lead within the paint. Four Season is so knowlegeable and so precise."

"This is the second project that Devil Mountain Construction has completed at our home. The first was a deck built around our pool. We were extremely pleased with the work that was done on both of these projects. The detached garage was completed just as we had envisioned. The pricing of the project was very fair and Scott's bid stayed within our planned budget. Quality workmanship, timely completion, and a fair value. "In June of 2010 my house flooded due to a faulty toilet tank intake line.  Forever Wood Construction was there within 2 hours & begin the steps needed to start the repair of my home.  They helped me move all my belongings out of the way so they could remove the water damaged part of the walls & the damaged flooring.  They set up blowers & dehumidifiers throughout my house to dry it out so they could proceed to put it all back together.  They totally matched the texture on my walls & you can't tell that I've ever had a flood or had any portions of the walls redone!  They even fixed some long standing electrical issues for me.  Great company!  I definitely recommend this company to others."

"Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times.

"Ron returned my call quickly and gave me a price for the job over the phone and he scheduled the appointment. The appointment was for 8:00 am to 9:00 am, Ron arrived at 9:30 am, which I feel is reasonable. Ron had all the necessary tools, extremely polite and professional. He is a perfectionist and his work was excellent. I am asking him to return, to repair rodent damage to the dish washer, install a bar sink and possibly replace, a whole house fan."

"Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad."
