"They were very professional. We always knew when they were going to be coming they were prompt and the communication was great. We got three quotes and they were the cheapest. We are very happy with the way the driveway looks!"

"We have had Ben do various jobs for us in the past and his work ethic and his professionalism impressed us then and continues to do so now. He is responsive to inquiries (although you may have to wait a bit since he is quite busy), he shows up on time, he knows what he is doing, he listens to what you want done and does it accordingly. We will continue to use his services in the future since he does such an outstanding job."

"Lee was very responsive and scheduled the the new patio/walkway project the next week. He noticed some drainage issues and made good suggestions to fix those problems. The demolition revealed an old cement walkway under the brick walkway - no matter, they hauled it all away. Finished in 2.5 days. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the quality of the wood for the fence they installed was not that great, and it took a while to take away the extra pavers. I highly recommend."

"We have had them for the last 10 years. They're a local company. They are here right now. They come every week. Their price is excellent. Were not friends, but we know each other. I can call them on the phone and tell them I have a problem and stuff like that. They continue to their hardest and works on sprinklers when he has to and stuff like that. If something comes up and I tell him I don't like it, he takes care of it."

"From the title of the company, I wasn't sure if they would do a small caulking job. I called a week ahead and Mike came on the morning I suggested at a convenient time for me, 10 a.m. A few minutes before 10 he called to say he'd be 20-30 minutes late. I thought, oh no, don't tell me this is one of those late arrivals. But in 20 minutes he arrived. He surveyed the area and told me what had to be done. Then he got right to work. He was finished in about an hour and a half. He cleaned up everything. He was very polite and friendly. He said he had cleaned and sealed grout in kitchens in similar floor plans in Sun City Roseville, where I live. I asked how much, as my tiles needed that service too. Mike said 350, which seemed reasonable to me. I said I would contact him this summer. His office is only a few miles from my house."

"My yard is less than 400 sq ft, very small. Took him 1 1/2 days to complete the job. Tony is a nice guy, friendly and his crew did a good job. They cleaned up good when t he job was complete, which is often missed by some contractors. Some areas for improvement: -no written estimate provided, although I did not request one. My other bids were all written estimates. -He asked to use my bathroom, dropped a number 2 - thanks a lot. Use the gas station next time! -Did not test the sprinklers after sod was installed. I had to adjust several heads as they were aimed in the street. Two of the sprinklers were completely covered by the sod, so I had to cut them out. -Did not replace my sprinkler valve fake rock cover, just left to the side. Not a big deal, the devil is in the details. -His truck leaks oil, so don't let him park it in your driveway. Even with the above areas for improvement, I would still go with Tony again. I'd be on alert to watch for the above items if you do go with him however."

"We are very pleased with the outcome of the project. Ron Davis was easy to work with, professional and around for every aspect of the work. Ron and his crew were on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. Throughout the job Ron made sure everything was turning out as I envisioned and made adjustments when I requested them. He was great to work with and I would recommend Concrete Landscape Services with no reservations. In fact, Ron was recommended to us by friends who had also had concrete work done. No regrets."

"Tim was very responsive to my request and provided a very reasonable estimate, (Few other landscape contractors even returned my calls). His crews were amazing: coming early and working late, to complete the job in a timely manner. He worked through the existing landscape plan, modifying it when certain plants weren't available, and adding more plants and upgraded materials than expected. I would definitely hire TSD again."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Strawberry-valley, CA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
