I was very happy with the available selection of materials, the availability of custom sizing, and the overall interaction with the planner. I appreciated the ability to reschedule after a 19 hour power outage collided with the first attempt to install. When they came back the shower installation team did a beautiful job and made the extra effort to keep the house clean while they worked. They did all the work in under a day. The glass installation team was just as professional and efficient installing the frameless glass sides and door. The finished shower is beautiful and everything I hoped for when we started. "VKB did an excellent job on both bathrooms, and replaced the damaged drywall in the dining room from the plumbing incident(s) that led to the decision to remodel the bathrooms. The work was completed on-time and (ever so slightly) under-budget. The PM (Jason) kept us informed and updated to everything that was going on and what to expect schedule-wise. The crew chief, Jonathan, was here every day working diligently and with an amazing attention to detail. We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed.
