"I bought my house a few years ago. When I purchased the house, I was told that there is a sprinkler system, but that it does not work. It seemed to me at the time to be a luxury I could live without, so I never did anything with the system. This year I decided it might be a good idea to have the sprinkler system looked at. I thought it would be nice to have, if it wouldn't cost me too much to have it repaired. Jamie from JS Services contacted me immediately, and asked me some questions about the system in general. I was able to answer some of the questions, but having never used the system myself, some questions I could not answer. No problem. Jamie explained that he was just trying to get an idea of what might be going on, so he could give me a ball-park number of how much I could expect the repairs to cost. After some further discussion, we agreed to a cap the cost, meaning that I was willing to spend $X to have the system inspected and possibly repaired, depending on what was needed. Jamie assured me that only what was necessary would be accomplished. JS Services then came out at the appointed time (right on time, I might add) and began working on the system. Some valves and heads were replaced, a new timer installed, and we were back in business. The cost came in well under the cap limit we had set as well. Jamie is truly a man of his word. If you have a sprinkler system that is is need of repair, or winterization, give JS Services a call. You will not be disappointed. These guys were great!"
