"Terrible. My parents just finished their new pool in February of this year. Right after that their travertine decking starting sinking and buckling. It looks bad and is a tripping hazard. They called and were told they?d have to be put on a list to have it fixed and that they had a lot of these complaints. Every time they called to get an update on the timeframe and were told they needed to wait until after ?rainy season? and now the company sold and the new owners will not fix it. This is not ok. My parents are elderly and saved for this pool. The new owners said to contact Jim who they bought it from. Do not trust this company. "

"Apex was absolutely awful to work with. I will never work with them again. It took them more than 6 months longer than projected to do the work. They forgot to submit the permit for 2 months. They didn't include things in the price that should have been included, and came back to nickel and dime afterwards. The submitted a new invoice almost a year later and threatened to put a lien on the house when I pushed back. They are terrible and I will tell everyone I can that."
