"I had an agreement with Rudy of Eagle Tree Experts, to trim 97 cabbage palms for $20.00 per tree and he was to dump the debris in my pasture, on the trash pile, on my property. They started on April 15 and I used my farm tractor and trailer on the first day to help transport the debris to the trash pile. ( No good deed goes unpunished ) The second day I had a problem with my tractor, and could not help. I asked Rudy if he knew where the trash pile was in the pasture, and he said he did. At the end of the day I paid him the balance I owed him for the 27 trees left . That evening I rode around to the pasture and was surprises to see he had dumped, all the debris from the 27 trees, just inside my pasture gate, block access to my pasture. I have pictures of the mess if requested. I contacted him by text along with pictures telling him he need to move the debris and I never heard back from him. I tried to call him the next day and several day after, it went voice mail, I left several message, with no reply. He also left a lot of little debris, after they left from the 27 trees, that my wife and I had to rake up and I am 69 years old, having to go back and clean their mess up. I will have to pay a loader $ 200.00 to move the debris to get access to my pasture"
