We worked with Craig Merrils on securing a quote and scheduling the work. He was wonderful to work with, came in fairly priced, and was super responsive to all our needs. Josue supervised the work onsite. The staff was highly skilled and hard working. They are committed to quality and definitely the best out there in terms of detailed, lasting work. They also use high-grade, low-toxin paint, which was important to us. "Mike came out to do the estimate was very courteous and straightforward. Andrew (GM) and Crystal sent Dustin to my house day 1 to review the job and assess the rotted wood situation for all windows. Dustin, a truly gifted carpenter with your best interest in mind, spent an hour reviewing his plan of action and gathering information about where to get materials and which materials to get. He reviewed everything with me, and by noon of day 1 there was new material on site and Dustin was working hard with a smile on his face the entire time. Day 2 the general manager Andrew worked to move things along by having the painters arrive on the heels of Dustin finishing up his work. Several windows had brick moulding and sills replaced right as painters were ready to get to them. All 37 window trims were undoubtedly professionally painted to the new color. I asked for a add-on during day 2 (some trim work on the roofline) that they handled quite well despite the height. This is a well trained, passionate group of painters and a carpenter who can work magic who knocked it out of the park. A small discrepancy in the final bill was worked out within 8 hours of completion as well with no trouble. I would highly recommend."

"My experience with Pro Stage from start to finish was awesome. Like most people do--I had several contractors come out to give me 'free' estimates. Each of those companies gave me one ridiculous quote after the other, where clearly their main goal was just to put as much of my money in their pocket as possible. A few companies, whom I won't name, even quickly gave me their speech about having their minimum fee for a customer to even be worth their time. (I never do business with those type of companies by the way and neither should you) Pro Stage was very different. Edwin was very personable and offered good 'ol fashioned honest business, where each side feels good about the agreement. Edwin performed high quality work and it was clear that he cared about the work he was doing, as if it was his own home that he was working on. Even a heavy flash flood couldn't stop Pro Stage, as they simply waited it out and then got right back to work.
