"I was hoping for a better turnout. There was no discount for Angie's List or anything, and they were not the cheapest estimate. The roof was not completed correctly the first time, and I had taken pics and sent them to the sales person, Dylan. The start date was delayed, and even the follow up, I had to message several times to get a date for inspection. When the OP (operations manager) Johnny came out, he seemed hesitant on fixing any issues, and tried to make some excuses or reasons for the crew's shortcuts. Dylan happened to side with me, so correction work was scheduled. The problem was they did not cover certain sections with the felt, so there was just shingles laid over large gaps in the roof. Anyhow, there was even poor follow up on the correction. I am hesitant on asking them to make any more corrections, as they may be disgruntled at this point. In hindsight, I would have gone with another contractor. Rating is a between C+ and B-."
