We had a standard exterior door replaced including widening of jam. Bob and partner completed the job in no more than three hours. Whatâ s even more impressive is willingness to follow-up and respond to concerns or questions. We had a minor adjustment required due to recent heat and door expansion for which Bob happily stopped by to fix in short order. Most contractors seem to avoid any extraneous activity or conversation, but Bob is extremely customer focused. I am excited to work with this team again for our next project!"

I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). He looked at other places around the house as well, that might need repairs first, as we were looking to paint the house later this summer. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual.
