"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"High-end LG dryer is only 5 years old. Our dryer was not generating heat. Had another company look at the dryer - heating element had gone bad. Replacing that resulted in heat, but it still wasn't drying fully - things were coming out just slightly damp. He suggested calling Dryer Vent Wizard to inspect the vent line, suspecting it was clogged. Dryver Vent Wizard came out day after I called them and showed me that only a little bit of air was coming out of the vent outside. Cleaning out the vent resulted in about 4 gallons of dust/lint.
