"I met Rick and Linda Jenkins at one of the home expo shows that take place in the area throughout the year.  There was something about the way they interacted with me that caught my attention. I called and made an appointment. They arrived promptly at the schedule time, asked for permission to return to do a more thorough investigation of the scope of work, and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Rick clearly explained the choices I had: wood, vinyl, or PVC as replacement materials. He explained the pros and cons of each so that I had the information needed to make the most appropriate decision.
Linda provided the quotes for the two options I was interested in (wood and PVC). She was available to answer every question clearly. I was able to make a decision with no pressure to move into a higher priced option.
The work was scheduled and completed within the specified time frame.  If I hadn't been here on the day the work was done, I would never have known that work had taken place on my house or in my yard--other than seeing new, freshly painted gables. All construction material was cleaned up, no damage was done to either the house or the landscaping. There wasn't even a stray drop of paint that escaped the brush!
