From working with the Sales Rep, Tom, to the Project Manager, Martin, the owner, Jed and installers Jimmy and Pedro, these guys are all perfectionists and know what they’re doing. They tore out our existing deck that was only 7 years old, already rotting and a liability to walk on. They had to start from scratch to rebuild our 455 sq. ft. deck. The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). These gentlemen cared about their work and it showed in their craftmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend The Deck & Patio Company for your outdoor needs. They came out to bid the job and then provided a written estimate of the details of the job along with the estimated cost. I agreed to the estimated cost, and we set a date when the work would be performed. The work was started but was delayed a few days due to rainy weather. They returned as soon as the weather was permitting to complete the work. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and all the employees were prompt when scheduled, polite, did excellent work, and cleaned up the area when the job was completed."

"The concrete supporting the deck around the pool was sinking, causing the flagstone to crack and split away from the pool coping. Southern Concrete Raising performed grout injection around the perimeter of the pool, raising and stabilizing the surface. The job took several hours. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, and helpful. The house got a little messy in the process, but when they came back to remove the forms 2 days later, they scrubbed everything clean. The paint on the house didn't stand up to the scrubbing, so they came back again and painted to match! We didn't even ask, they approached up with the paint issue! Communication was very easy; we mostly used text and phone calls. I was always talking to someone easy to understand. They were very clear about when the work would start and how long it would take. "Naji came out to give a a quote on painting our patio area around our swimming pool. He was the fourth of five competitors for the job. He was the only one that gave a firm price. The others all said it could be more if we find problems. He also did not ask me to finance the job. He said pay me when the job is complete and you are happy. We gave Naji the job and he said we will start tomorrow! I was looking through some online work Naji had done so on the first day I asked him if he could make it look designer instead of just painting. He said of course and gave me a fantastic price. He told me it would run into a third day of work. His team was Amazing and very friendly! Naji was there every day to guide the team and recap the day with me. His team worked very hard but they were extremely detailed. When the job was completed Naji walked every square foot ( approximately 1,000) with md looking for issues. We found none.
