"This job could not have gone better. From beginning to end, this was fantastic. From the first call that was made, Efrain called me back that same day. We made an appointment to see the property and he arrived right on time. He did a thorough review of the situation and made a couple of different suggestions as well as hearing my thoughts and ideas. He was able to provide an estimate right away. It was clearly written out and itemized the process for payment and work to be done. My neighbor and I reviewed the estimate and agreed to the price and terms. Efrain was able to begin within a couple of days. He was right on time, every day, for the entire project. He would communicate each day and inform what the next steps would be. He made sure we understood the process and answered any questions. He also did not hesitate to ask us questions when he needed us to make a decision on some finishes for the fence and gate. EGALD Concrete was outstanding. Each day, the workers would clean up the entire area, prior to leaving. Some items would be piled neatly to the side, but this was an amazing site for a construction site. "I am in property management so I deal with contractors on a regular basis. When doing any major project I always get a minimum of 3 bids, first to make sure pricing is in line and most important to insure I am dealing with a contractor that appears to know what they are talking about. Once I receive the bids I ask for a minimum of 3 references. I have found that one of the most important things to do is look at a contractors work and interview people they have worked for. I actually visited 6 jobs Seth Pompey Landscaping did and personally visited with 3 of his customers. One thing they all had in common was how happy they were with Seth and his crew. My job consisted of a major remodel of my front and rear yards. This included removing my front and rear yards grass and all shrubbery, landscaping, water lines, sprinkler systems, gas lines and drains. After removal everything was replaced with fresh new plants, trees and sod. Seth was very engaging, walking me thru the process steep by steep. Not only was he extremely helpful, he and his crew were very flexible, allowing me to make changes along the way and in some cases not creating any additional cost. Seth even made recommendations along the way which proved to be helpful as well. Seth has surrounded himself with true craftsmen, artist's that know masonry inside and out. They created mow strips, planters faced with small stones, a fire-pit with large natural rock benches and a large cascading waterfall. All of which put the finishing touches on the landscaping he provided. In addition Seth personally took me to 4 nurseries walking isle by isle hand picking each plant, shrub and tree to be used in my yard. While doing so he made sure I was picking the right plant for the right area. I can't say enough about Seth and his staff, they are a class act, one I HIGHLY recommend."

"We hired Pita to redo our driveway and entryway steps, as well as to irrigate and landscape our front yard. We are extremely happy with the results. Pita is a master of his craft. He was able to take measurements and quote us a fair price on the spot while others took days to give us a quote. When it came to doing the work, Pita's team is very prompt and does excellent work. Pita is very responsive and patient. We had many questions throughout the job and he always took the time to answer them. He is at the job site every day to supervise his team, and he made sure to check in with us almost daily. We would happily recommend Pita to anyone looking to do concrete work."

"Very professional.  They did not go inside the apartment to make sure there is as little disruption to the unit as possible.  They were quiet and efficient.  They used great care in handling my tenants items on the patio.  The patio looks great."

"Job went well. A section of my masonry block wall had lifted up several inches because of a large root from the neighbors tree. This also caused an iron gate attached to the masonry wall to not be able to latch closed. Bob (the owner) came out and gave me what I believe was a fair and reasonable estimate for the repair work to be done. The work included repouring of the footing and rebuilding about a 6 foot section of block wall with the appropriate rebar to secure the wall and resetting the gate. On the scheduled day, Bob came out with his crew on time and they started the work. They worked hard and were able to complete the job in one day. Bob and his crew were polite and professional and cleaned up after the job. I note that there was a small section of broken concrete pavement adjacent to the wall that needed to be sawcut as part of the job. At the end of the day when the crew was still there but cleaning up, I came home and noticed that a small section of the sawcut concrete was not cut evenly. It looked a little strange and I called Bob and he had his crew cut out a few more inches across so that it was straight. I feel like Bob wanted to make sure we were happy with the job and we are. The finished wall looks very nice and we hope that it will last a very long time!"

"Josi and his Rain Forest crew showed up on time on the first day to start work. The first step was to remove all the trees, <br /> <br /> ivy, fences, bushes, concrete, steps, an old incinerator, (for those that don?t know what this is?it was a brick oven that was used back in the 1940s to burn trash) and anything else that didn?t belong. The same crew, who were extremely courteous and very conscientious arrived everyday at the same time and worked all day until quitting time. I can't say enough good things about this crew. Hard working, polite, and friendly these are the men were extremely dedicated and skilled in what they do.  Our project required the dismantling of an Ivy covered divider between our property and a neighbor which the crew handled in a way that did not disturb our neighbor.  We experienced no problems with this crew who did all the removal, installed fences, plants, retaining walls, lights, and a new irrigation system.  <br /> <br /> Josi was the true visionary of our landscape project. There were no plans other than our initial discussions of what we were <br /> <br /> trying to achieve.  Josi and his crew delivered on every item that we had agreed upon as well as implementing any changes to the original plan that we discussed. There was flexibility to change the plan when necessary but the project was never slowed or stopped by a change order. <br /> <br />"
