"<p>Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.  </p> <br />"

"We were SO FORTUNATE to find Roman (owner of Advanced Electric) on Angie's List!  We wish we had found him years ago!!  He and his crew actually just left our house from doing electrical repair work?and we are so pleased, that I decided to sit right down and add my feedback about his company to Angie's List!!   <br /> We chose Rowland because all of his companies 100+ ratings they were all "A" with just one "B".  That really got our attention!!    I called and spoke directly to Roman to get a feel for he and his company.  First of all?he answered the phone?no voicemail.  Secondly, he was very friendly and happy to discuss the electrical issues we were having.  I was so very impressed by his knowledge, and that he is a "straight up" man.  No game playing?just straightforward.   He was straightforward with his pricing, as well as very straightforward about his work ethic of being "on purpose" when he and his crew are on the job?and we found this to be absolutely true!!  When they arrived (on time?even a few minutes early!!), they went right to work.   He gave his crew excellent direction, and worked "hands on" with them.   They worked right through until the job was done?and for us?more importantly, was that Rowland was in constant communication with us about what was finding during the troubleshooting?and what needed to be done. <br /> We have several larger electrical jobs that need to be involving rewiring from our attic down to the first floor (which will involve going through a wall on the second floor)?as well as we are going to need to have major rewiring on our front driveway security gate.  We are having Rowland and his company do this work in the next couple of weeks.  That is how pleased we are with Rowland and the quality of work his company does.  We have gone through many electricians, with sometimes disastrous results, and so it is so wonderful to finally have an electrician we can count on to do electrical work properly, be on time, be truly knowledgable, be fairly priced, and be straight up.  We now consider Rowland as our permanent electrician?with great confidence and relief!!  No more searching!!!! <br />"

"It went very well. Keith came over one morning and provided a free estimate and scheduled a date to do the work. He and another electrician arrived on time and proceeded to efficiently move through the property installing each of the three sensors. They worked efficiently, were friendl, courteous, and professional. We felt that the price was reasonable because it included the sensors and lights to be installed and two electricians were involved. The sensors and lights are working well. We will call KBP Electric for future electrical needs. <br />"

"We contacted Henry after speaking with 6 different contractors. We had an idea of how we wanted our front yard to look but we wanted creative input. The companies we spoke with were unable to meet our expectations. None would provide us with a design or approximate quote. In addition, some would not show up on time to set appointments. We met with Henry on October 10, 2013. Prior to his arrival, Anna, his secretary, notified us that he was on his way. We appreciated the heads up in addition to his timeliness. Henry came prepared with his portfolio and was able to provide the rough design upon speaking with us; he also gave us several ideas which added to the design. We received an approximate quote the same day. We were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. <br /> The work started on December 27, 2013 and ended January 13, 2014. His men showed up on time and were very courteous. They would also relay any concerns we had to Henry. They were efficient and would complete any work they had that day on time. When they left, they always cleaned up after themselves. <br /> Anytime we wanted to make additions, Henry would always be available. <br /> Henry's approach is very systematic. We let Henry choose the plants and lights and his decisions were always excellent. <br /> Overall, his knowledge and technical expertise were very impressive. <br /> We are extremely happy with the way our yard turned out. <br />"

"Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things. We’ve met and interviewed many contractors and home improvement companies and landscapers over the last few months and none of them was able to compete to Eric’s experience, quality and promise to ensure their work with our expectations. Each one of them had something that caused us to move to the next one in our list and when we met with Eric, we felt that this is the right person for us and for our project. He was very respectful, hardworking and neat. "I've used Brian 3 times for various projects.  I obtained his name from a lighting store sometime ago.  I have been glad they referred him.  He is very professional, clean and orderly in his approach to getting the job done.  He has always passed city inspection.  He completely wired my shop on the previous occasion and installed outdoor lighting and a remote switch for my corrals on another.  I would hire him again and highly recommend him.  On one occasion, a sensor went out, on one of my floodlights for a corral, shortly after the light was installed.  He responded and put in a new one for no charge.....now it works perfectly.  I've always appreciated a man that stands behind his work. <br />"

"1. Called on a Friday for work that I wanted done a week later.  Call was not returned until the following morning.  Apparently, he was out of cell phone range during the day. <br /> <br /> 2. The work was done on a Saturday morning.  No extra charge for Saturday work. <br /> <br /> 2.  The electrician, Dennis Jones, arrived on time. <br /> <br /> 3.  After he arrived, we went over the details of the job.  He then gave me an estimate as to the labor hours involved plus any parts.  <br /> <br /> 4.  I agreed with the estimate and he then proceeded with the job.  He then left to go to Home Depot to get some parts.  Was back quickly and began working.  <br /> <br /> 5.  He did a nice job on the rewiring in the garage.  The new switch turned on both the inside and outside lights.  With the inside light switch now working, we did conclude the light fixtures themselves needed to be replaced.  He then made another trip to Home Depot without charging for the extra travel time.  <br /> <br /> 6.  The installation of the wall mounted light fixture in the family room also went very well.  This was replacing one that no longer worked.  We had already bought a new one.  He removed the old one, and installed the new one to the height that we agreed upon.  <br /> <br /> 7.  The bill that I received was in line with the estimate.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. The ADI scheduler informed me that all next week was taken."
