"Not the greatest results - I have used this company before and been very pleased. They were pricey, but the quality of the work was worth it. This was not the case this last time. The technician cracked the door jamb in two places while replacing the door, left paint splatters on the floor and on the side of the door which was not supposed to be painted and messed up the handset on the door. He did repair most of these issues (the paint splatters I cleaned up myself with paint thinner), but since he worked by the hour I ended up paying for that too."

"I had a leaking water supply pipe in my home repaired, and now I needed to have it enclosed again as the original (wooden) box was removed during repair. I also needed the padding under the section of the carpet which had water damage replaced. I contacted Mr. Ramirez, and 40 minutes after the call he arrived at my home to give me a free estimate. We scheduled the work for the next week. His crew arrived on time and worked for three hours at a cost of $320. Their workmanship was exemplary, and I was very pleased with the result! He repaired exterior house trim, installed an electrical outlet, repaired drywall, painted interior rooms, and installed a new tile floor. He pays attention to every precise detail, and the results are excellent. He is very responsive, organized and neat, and I felt perfectly comfortable giving him a key to access our home while we were not there. "FAMB called and I told the owner what needed done. They knew just what to do after that. Gave me an estimate on one day, started the job the next day and completed. Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. The replacement of my fence is awesome. Love looking out my back now. Highly recommend his service. Professional in his line of work. Nice and courteous to his customer. "The owner did the kitchen and it was great work.  Absolutely solid and professional work and there were no complaints in that room.  He and his helper were very nice men and very attentive to request to complete the work ASAP.
My complaint is with the final product in the bathroom.  The helper did this room.  The three walls and ceiling that he hung, floated and painted were less than "new looking" when he was done.  The floating of the drywall in the corners was awful.  When the owner called back to ask if we had additional work, I told him "Yes, but my husband won't let you come out because of the work done in the bathroom."  He said he would fix it when they came for more work... he should have said he'd come out immediately to make it right.
His price was great.  Honestly, if he would have come back to repair the bathroom before getting more work... I would have gladly given him additional jobs to do in our house.  He is a very fair and hardworking contractor... he should have just checked in on his helper's work a bit more."
