He values craftsmanship, the details, and ensuring the project is completed the right way the first time. He is extremely thorough, professional and communicative. Imagine that! He is also extremely responsive and professional. While he admittedly doesn't move as fast as he used to, that was not a problem for us at all. We would rather have someone take their time and do the job the right way than work hurriedly. His pricing was fair and he is willing to do both small and large jobs.
