They stopped by and politely introduced themselves, and asked permission to inspect the roof. After discovering some serious damage from the weather, they facilitated and handled the insurance issues concerning the needed repairs in a professional manner. After the details were completed their crew came and finished the job in two and a half days. The crew was very polite and skilled, and they did a great job. "The work he did was fine but I was surprised to find out he doesn't do anything with carpets and since this was one of the reasons I needed a handy man , now I must arrange for and pay someone else to come out if I can get someone for this small job. And at 11.5 feet in stead of 10, he wanted $100 to replace porch light which I did not want to pay. He was nice enough but if there had been a choice. a non smoker would have been nice."
