"We have been using this company for several years to tend to our irrigation system. While restarting the system this spring the technician missed a rotor that had not retracted entirely after a test run -- it was raining that day. Next morning our lawn mowing company accidentally ran through the rotor. I informed Indy Irrigation of the mishap. It was quite cool and rainy then so we were not intending to use the system for a while. Still, later that week a technician, Jason I believe his name was, stopped by and replaced the head. He was very courteous and nice to talk to. Since the problem had happened right after system activation Indy Irrigation waived the charges which I was appreciative of. (I have never understood why certain companies nickel/dime their customer when they stand to make so much more over the course of a long term relationship.) Once again, a thumbs up to Jason for his customer service skills which I feel are so so important in a company and its representative. Also want to acknowledge Danielle for her prompt response and scheduling."

"S and S provided a reasonable quote with layout for the residential lawn irrigation system that was negoticated to a slightly lower cost to become low bidder. Approximately one month later after completing all necessary submissions with city the work began and with only once exception (severing the telephone anc cable service lines) the project was completed in two days as specified. After the service lines were repair they come back to address the dammaged grass areas. <br /> <br /> One additional learning for would be irrigation system installations pre-determine and agree to the location of the in-ground valve boxes. <br /> <br />"

"Highly recommend Sundown Gardens for any landscaping needs. My husband and I were shopping around for a spruce tree this summer, and Sundown Gardens had absolutely the best selection. Lots of trees to choose from and all looked very healthy and nice. We ended up buying a decent-sized spruce and two other maple trees. The prices were very reasonable, with the price of the spruce tree being less than other places we shopped around for the size of the tree. Installation prices went down if you installed more trees. They called the utility companies to mark with flags before they came to plant. On install day, we were both at work and when I got home, I wished they had planted the spruce tree facing a different way (as all trees have a better side). After some thinking, I decided to call them back to ask about it, and they sent a crew out to turn the tree the way I wanted. Very happy with their service, and it seems like they are willing to make the customer happy. Give their nursery a look if you are looking for plants or trees!"

"i was amazed as to how fast they dug the holes to install the system. most of it was done by hand. only thing run with their machine was 2 lines out into the yard. a couple of pipes were damaged BUT they fixed them right away. System is working OK. Adam and his crew were great! Ob did a good job explaining what needed to be done. I was also happy that they did the job for me, because a local installer wouldn't even come out to quote it. If you live near Crawfordsville please call this company for service."

"Great!! We started with Capehart Landscape and Design a year and a half ago when we wanted to mulch in a large portion of our yard off the patio and also decided to update our landscaping. That fall we got the mulch and did the prep work for spring. Last spring we had 7 different flower beds landscaped of varying sizes including the front of our house. We loved the plants that were suggested and they went along with what we had in mind with keeping with perennials and attracting bees, hummingbirds and butterflies. They were back in the fall for a clean up and we split some grasses and transplanted those in preparation for spring. This spring we got more mulch and some new plants along with those that didn't make it and were under guarantee. They are very professional. Our phone calls are returned within 24 hours. The work ethic of the crews has been great and they leave our yard looking beautiful. We constantly get compliments from our neighbors. Shea did an amazing job of selecting plants for our yard that our just thriving and made wonderful suggestions for how we should expand the mulch which was much better than what we had planned. Justin also came out to talk us through putting the section we wanted under mulch and was there in the first fall and spring when the initial work began. They both helped our project look so much better!!! We will be using them twice a year from now on to keep out gardens and mulch looking great!"
