"I purchased a Big Deal for $275 for 6 hours of handyman service. I asked him to install a glass shower door in my master bath. He ended up chipping the tub while installing this and then claimed he didn't do it. He cut the support to the shower door an inch too short. When I pointed it out to him, he said he knew he did it and he was going to have order a replacement. He never did, he said it wasn't available. I went to Home Depot and ordered it myself and had a friend install it."

I am doubtful that the product (Trex decking) was installed according to **manufacturers guidelines** and worry what that may mean to the longevity of the final product. This only took an hour...for the rest of the time he installed 3 new low flow inserts in the tank and that's it. I did not get 3 hours of plumbing services.
