He took entire door apart removed the glass panel at bottom moved the riser which was 9â high made a new riser only 2â high . My dog can now walk through the door with new longer magnetic flap without having to step over the riser . LIFE Changing for her. Joshua is coming out next week to power wash our back yard to make it look like new. He is a 5 star handyman, very knowledgeable AND affordable. We highly recommend him to do your projects."

"Once the work began, it was discovered that I needed 3 piers, not 2. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The leveling of the kitchen area proved to be a problem. Between the very soft ground and limited space, that work couldn't be done at this time. We worked out a new plan to come at this from inside the house once I demo the old floor and prepare to install the new one. Sounds like a great plan. Looking forward to working with Jon and his staff again."
